The Mask is not suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy or a history of seizures triggered by flashing lights. As with any light-based device, a small number of users may experience mild, temporary discomfort including headache or eye strain. The Mask is a non-pharmacological, non-invasive consumer wellness product, not a medical device, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. No prescription is required and there is no dependency risk. As with any light-based device, a small number of people may experience mild, temporary discomfort (such as headache or eye strain). If you experience any adverse symptoms during or after use, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

I have epilepsy, am pregnant, or take medication: can I use it?
The Mask is not suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy or a history of seizures triggered by flashing lights; please consult your neurologist before using any light-based device. If you are pregnant, we do not have clinical data on use during pregnancy, so please consult your healthcare provider first. If you take prescription medication (particularly anything affecting your neurological or autonomic nervous system), consult your healthcare provider so you can make an informed decision with your doctor.

Can children use it?
The Mask is designed for adults. We do not have safety data on use by minors and do not recommend it for anyone under 18. If you are considering it for a teenager, please consult a medical professional first.

How do I clean and care for it?
Wipe the mask and headband with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use and let it air-dry before storing. Don't submerge it or use harsh solvents. Store it somewhere cool and dry, and charge it with the cable provided.
